Return Window


Customers in the United States of America have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product (see specific conditions for returns) within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Instructions

Notify Us: To initiate a return, email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.

Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send detailed instructions.

Specific Conditions for Returns

Damaged Goods: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged goods and provide photos. We will review the claim and arrange a free reprint or a refund. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the incorrect goods and provide photos. We will review the claim and send the correct products. There is no need to return the incorrect product.

Non-Delivery: If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us to initiate a courier investigation. If unresolved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If shipped, the return process applies.

Refund Timelines and Processing

Return Window: Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Inspection: Once we receive your request, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
